Comprehensive all-point inspection performed using an inspection camera to thoroughly examine and clean your machine. Our dedication to detail ensures no area is overlooked in the inspection and cleaning process.

Sameday servicing enables you to witness the inspection and cleaning on the screen close to the Service Department. Usually, machines without rush orders are finalized within 10 business days. If parts are necessary, we will obtain your approval before ordering, and there will be additional charges.

1. Gears, pins, and bushings are cleaned and oiled or greased
2. Check your motor output is within acceptable range to preform all your sewing needs.
3. Bobbin winder to ensure proper tension between bobbin tire and the handwheel.
4. Stitch selector is cleaned , check for wear, oiled or greased.
5. Needle bar is gaged and in the proper position.
6. Foot tension is correct and foot spring is in good working order.
7. Feed Dogs are alined.
8. Check the feed dog gears for wear, clean and oil or grease.
9. Feed Dog shaft, clean from any tension.
10. Check the verticle shaft and verticle shaft gears - clean and oil or grease.
